Risk of Loss

All items purchased from KOMPOSITE are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

KOMPOSITE attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, KOMPOSITE does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by KOMPOSITE is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Governing Law

By visiting KOMPOSITE, you agree that the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern these Terms & Conditions and any dispute that might arise between you and KOMPOSITE.

Disputes

Any dispute relating to your visit to KOMPOSITE or to products you purchase through KOMPOSITE shall be referred to confidential arbitration in Cape Town, South Africa, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA), save that — to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate KOMPOSITE’s intellectual property rights — KOMPOSITE may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any competent court in South Africa, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Site Policies, Modification & Severability

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policies, posted on this site; these also govern your visit to KOMPOSITE. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and these Terms & Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions is held invalid, void or unenforceable, that condition is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms & Conditions.
